No Money Refund Policy
Elaura follows a strict no money refund policy. We do not provide refunds to bank accounts, cards, or original payment methods. All eligible returns are processed in the form of Elaura Gift Card (Store Credit) only.

Return & Exchange Window
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed for size issues only, subject to stock availability.
• Exchange Fee: ₹49 (first exchange)
• Second exchange for the same product: ₹249
• If the requested size is unavailable:
• Elaura Gift Card will be issued.

Return Policy
• Returns are accepted with a ₹129 reverse shipping fee.
• No direct refunds are provided.
• Approved returns will be issued as Elaura Gift Card (Store Credit) after quality check.

• Pickup will be attempted twice after approval.
• If unsuccessful, customer must self-ship the product.
• After verification, exchange/store credit will be processed.
• Total process time: 10–12 working days.
• Updates will be shared on your registered email.

Important Rules
• Direct exchange with a different product is not allowed.
• Return the item → receive Gift Card → place a new order.
• Orders placed using Gift Card are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Coupon codes and Gift Cards cannot be used together in one order.

Damaged or Incorrect Product
• Report within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video.
• Replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
