Elaura follows a strict no money refund policy. Refunds are not provided to bank accounts, cards, or original payment methods. All eligible returns are issued as Elaura Gift Card (Store Credit).

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms including applicable fees, timelines, and conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Elaura shall not be held liable for delays in shipping or delivery.We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, logistics issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or any unforeseen circumstances. Once dispatched, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. Elaura is not liable for delays thereafter. Incorrect shipping details provided by customers may result in failed delivery, for which Elaura is not responsible.
