Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Processing time may extend during high order volumes, festive periods, public holidays, or due to courier partner delays. However, we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

💸Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, Elaura accepts prepaid orders only.
This helps us ensure faster processing, avoid unnecessary delays, and maintain a smooth shopping experience for our customers. COD may be introduced in the future.

🚚Delivery Attempts & RTO Policy
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the order is not accepted, marked RTO due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refused at delivery, a ₹200 reshipping fee will be applicable.
However, if RTO occurs due to courier partner issues, Elaura will reship the order at no additional cost.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to festive rush, government holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected courier disruptions. While we coordinate closely with our logistics partners, such delays may occasionally occur.
